Mariam Hashem

Mariam Hashem is an experienced educator specializing in early childhood and English instruction. Currently serving as a freelance English instructor and private tutor at Orcas Tutoring since October 2022, Mariam has a diverse teaching background, including roles as a homeroom teacher at The AUC Daycare and Manaret Heliopolis International School, where Mariam worked as an IB/PYP homeroom teacher. Previous positions include teaching at The British School in Cairo and Manhattan Schools, along with experience as a teaching assistant at multiple institutions. Mariam holds a diploma in HR and Human Resources Professional Development from Cairo University and has completed a pre-master's degree in Kindergarten/Preschool Education and Teaching, as well as studies in teaching methodology and TEFL.
