Emily Hawley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Emily currently works as a Customer Success Manager at ORCHA since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kooth plc, where they held multiple roles including Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2022, Area Manager from 2021 to 2022, and Engagement Lead from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Kooth plc, Emily worked at Exclusive Education as a Cover Supervisor from 2014 to 2022. Emily also briefly worked at WELLBEING ENTERPRISES CIC as a Community wellbeing officer from 2017 to 2018.

Emily Hawley completed their education from 2003-2010 at Ysgol Brynhyfryd, where they obtained A LEVELS and GCSEs. From 2010-2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography at Aberystwyth University.
