Tim Andrews

Tim Andrews has extensive work experience in various industries. Tim is currently the Co-Founding President and CCO at ORCHA, a health app library, where they also served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they were a Commercial Director at ORCHA. Tim has also worked as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Warwick and as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire.

Before their roles in the healthcare sector, Tim was the CEO/Director of Intelligence Opportunities at Quaenam Ltd, where they aimed to revolutionize the delivery of intelligence in the health and social care environment. Tim also served as the Director of Commissioning Lab Ltd, where their focus was on supporting health and social care organizations in developing and delivering new model contracts.

Earlier in their career, Tim was the Managing Director at Cheshire, Wirral, Warrington & Merseyside Commissioning Support Unit, providing commissioning support services to health and social care commissioners and providers. Tim was also the Chief Executive at Commissioning Lab (incorporating the Outsource Partnership), providing advisory services to health and social care commissioners.

Tim's experience also includes working as a Strategic Account Director at Vertex Data Science Ltd, where they managed a high-performing team and delivered to senior executives in the UK Utility sector. Tim held the positions of Commercial Director and Assistant Solicitor at Vertex Data Science Ltd and DLA Piper, respectively, where they specialized in technology, new media, and e-commerce.

Before their career in law, Tim worked as the General Counsel/Commercial Director at Manchurian Media Limited, a technology-based media company specializing in interactive games for internet, interactive TV, and mobile platforms.

Tim Andrews completed their BA Hons degree in Law and History at Keele University from 1990 to 1994. Tim then pursued further education by enrolling in the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law from 1994 to 1995.
