Shannon Dicht

Shannon Dicht has worked in the beauty industry since 2013. Shannon began as a Self Employed Bridal Makeup Artist in 2013, and in 2014, they began working as a Project Manager and Product Developer for Orchard Custom Beauty, a Makeup Instructor for International Beauty Institute, a Freelance Makeup Artist for ACI Brands Inc. (Stila Cosmetics), and a Colour Consultant for SEPHORA. In their role as a Bridal Makeup Artist, they consulted with and completed trials with potential bridal clientele, completed bridal contracts, and maintained proper records of all upcoming clients and events. As a Makeup Instructor, they developed and implemented curriculum standards in both the Makeup and Airbrush Certification programs, provided one on one specialized instruction for a variety of students and clients of the Beauty College, toured and educated high school students through the various programs and possibilities available to them at post-secondary levels in the industry, and evaluated theoretical and practical applications as well as assessing and replenishing proper product and tool selection for both classroom and professional applications. As a Colour Consultant for SEPHORA, their primary responsibilities included approaching clients and assisting with product and application inquires in regards to cosmetics, satisfying the clients original requests, increasing overall sales for the company, and educating the client.

Shannon Dicht completed a Bachelor of Education (BEd) at the University of Windsor from 2008 to 2009, majoring in Primary/Junior. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Algoma University from 2005 to 2007, majoring in Psychology.
