Before starting Orchard, Kara was a Partner and Chief Client Officer at Red212. Kara was instrumental in the growth of the agency, leading new business proposals and pitches and successfully securing new business. Kara also led strategy and integrated campaign development, working with cross-functional agency teams and agency partner teams. Her work includes brand strategy, creative expression, and amplification across TV, digital, social, and search marketing channels.

Some of the brands Kara has worked with include P&G, Novartis, Comfort Keepers, Chiquita/Fresh Express, Gold Star Chili, and Assurex Health. Kara has launched successful campaigns that have generated consistent and significant sales results.
