Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In their most recent role at Orchard, they served as the Head of Real Estate - Ops, Sales & Pricing (SVP), overseeing sales, pricing, and real estate operations teams. Prior to this, they were the Head of Field Operations (VP) at Orchard, responsible for managing field operations. In a previous role, they served as the GM, Market Strategy & Growth, assisting in Orchard's growth across TX, CO, and GA.

At Inspirato, they focused on exploring growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and launching the hotel and resort platform.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Jefferies & Company, where they established and managed relationships with institutional investment accounts. Christopher also gained business development experience at Visa, driving co-brand partnership deals. Additionally, they worked in product development at Citi Prepaid Services and as an Investment Analyst in Emerging Market Private Equity at AIM Capital Management Ltd.

Christopher Smith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University. Christopher also participated in a Study Abroad program in Florence, Italy through New York University. Before attending university, Christopher attended Georgetown Preparatory School. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Statement of Accomplishment for the Venture Deals course from Techstars in May 2019 and an Introduction to Corporate Finance certificate from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera in October 2016.
