Hannah Sullivan is the HR Manager at Orchard Early Learning Centre. Hannah has over three years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, and compliance.
Sullivan started their career in human resources at Chatswood & Ryde Toyota, where they were the People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, and compliance.
Sullivan then moved to 360 Med Care, where they were the Human Resources Leader. In this role, they were responsible for building the Human Resources department from scratch. This included daily HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Sullivan was also responsible for coaching and supporting young and emerging leaders.
Sullivan has successfully implemented a HRIS system, recruited over 20 new staff members, developed wellness and bonus policies, and conducted a complete HR audit of all files. Hannah has also redrafted employment contracts and created recruitment and interview guidelines.
Hannah Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Business Management from the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS). Hannah also completed a Samhallsvetenskapligt Program in Social Science from Norra Real Sweden. Hannah then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Management. Sullivan has also completed MBA units in Leading, Managing & Developing People Online and Marketing for Managers from the Australian Institute of Management. Hannah is certified in Leading with Emotional Intelligence and Building Team Performance from the Australian Institute of Management and Advanced Return to Work Coordination from SIRA.
