Carrie Depalma

Carrie DePalma has extensive experience in service and operations management, currently serving as Service Operations Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance and Operations Manager at Orchid Insurance since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Carrie worked as a Florida Real Estate Agent at Align Right Realty from January 2020 to July 2022, and held managerial positions at New York Life Insurance Company from 2000 to July 2017, along with a tenure as Customer Service Manager at Concord Limousine from 1995 to 2000. Carrie holds a BA in Sociology/Anthropology and Spanish from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, earned between 1994 and 1999.
