Jacob Adams

Jacob Adams is currently the Human Resources Director at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, overseeing six medical implant & device manufacturing locations in the US & Europe. Prior to this, Jacob served as the Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Precision Castparts, where Jacob worked with aerospace industry giants such as GE, Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, and Airbus. With a background in Manufacturing Engineering at ESCO Corporation and experience in strategic planning during their time in the United States Marine Corps, Jacob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
