Steven Boggiano

Steven Boggiano has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and investment industry. Steven is currently the Managing Director and Head of M&A, Healthcare & Financial Sponsors Coverage at Ord Minnett since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Magnes Capital from October 2017 to July 2023. Steven also held positions at Estia Health, serving as Chief Strategy Officer from July 2015 to October 2017, and Acting Chief Financial Officer from August 2016 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank from November 2009 to July 2015, and as a Director at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2004 to 2009. Steven also worked at Compass Partners Advisors, LLP as an Associate from 2002 to 2004, and at J.P. Morgan as an Associate from 1999 to 2002. Steven began their career as a Business Analyst at TBS Shipping Services from March 1998 to September 1999.

Steven Boggiano attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1993 to 1997, where they received a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
