Chief Operating Officer at Orda

Hilary Barr has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a Social Robotics Researcher at the Yale Social Robotics Laboratory. In 2011, they moved to ElephantStay as an Elephant Cognition Researcher. In 2012, they became a Fellow at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute. In 2013, they took on a Business Development role at 1DocWay Telepsychiatry. In 2014, they became the Enterprise Payment Platform Software Engineering Technical Lead at Remedy. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Orda, a fintech platform. In 2020, they took on the role of Community Builder at "From Kitchen to Cause".

Hilary Barr obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cognitive Science from Yale University between 2008 and 2012. Hilary also attended Yale in Paris from 2010 to 2011 to study French Language and Literature. Currently, they are enrolled in a Software Engineering Program at Dev Bootcamp.
