Isabel Rodrigues

Isabel Rodrigues has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of HR at Ordem dos Enfermeiros since December 2016, where responsibilities include formulating HR policies and overseeing recruitment and training processes. Prior roles encompass various positions such as Executive Coach, Trainer, and HR Consultant across different organizations from 2001 to 2016, including project management for training initiatives at Grupo CH and Stepup. Isabel holds advanced executive training in HR from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, complemented by a background in humanistic studies from Escola Secundária D. Luisa de Gusmão.
