Pier Francesco Maria Santi

Pier Francesco Maria Santi is an experienced electronics and microelectronics professional currently serving as an FPGA design manager in a confidential company since September 2024, and as the President of the Electronics and Microelectronics Commission at the Chartered Engineers Council of Rome since December 2022. Santi has held leadership positions such as FPGA Offer Line Leader at Capgemini Engineering and head of the Electronics Design and Development Department at Defence Tech Holding SpA. A former CTO at HEXCAPE, responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end electronic design across various industries, including high-tech defense and aerospace systems. Santi also served as CTO at ELSYD ENGINEERING, managing over 100 projects, and has held roles in hardware and firmware design across multiple engineering firms.
