Laura Ciavarella

Laura Ciavarella is an experienced Facility and Asset Manager currently employed at the Order of Malta since June 2024. With a strong background in real estate asset management, previous roles include Asset Manager at InvestiRE SGR from December 2015 to May 2024, where Laura managed various types of real estate funds, and as Project and Building Manager at Prelios from March 2013 to December 2015, overseeing technical management of properties. Prior experience includes positions at Generali Real Estate SPA focused on property and project management, and as a Property Management Specialist at Romeo Gestioni SPA, where Laura coordinated maintenance operations. Laura's career began as a Project Engineer at Aicom ingegneria srl, specializing in civil and hydraulic engineering projects. Laura holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a Hydraulic specialization from Università degli studi di Roma TRE and has completed advanced finance programs at Finnat Academy and Luiss Business School.
