Aleksei Kuzin

Aleksei Kuzin has diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and game development. Aleksei is currently working as the CTO and Co-Founder at Order of Meta since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Wargaming from 2016 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including Game Engine Lead, Engine Team Lead, and Senior Engine Developer. In these positions, they were responsible for developing complex animations, designing new systems, and managing a team of programmers. Before Wargaming, Aleksei worked at Krabwerk as a Lead Software Engineer, Client from 2015 to 2016, where they developed a client for the game Quiz Tales and managed the development cycle. Aleksei also gained experience at HeroCraft as a Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015, where they worked on the client part of the game Warhammer 40000: Space Wolf and was responsible for game graphics. Aleksei started their career as a Teacher of computer science at the High school of township Vasilkovo in 2008.

Aleksei Kuzin completed their Specialist degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Immanuel Kant State University of Russia, attending from 2007 to 2012. In 2018, they also briefly attended Wargaming University for a Manager's Bootcamp program, although they did not earn a degree from this institution.
