Leadership Team

The Leadership Team of the Order of the Arrow BSA consists of key roles including the Section Chief, Communications Conference Vice Chief, and Lodge Chief. This team is responsible for promoting and upholding the principles of the Scout Oath and Law within the organization, spearheading initiatives to enhance camping traditions, fostering year-round and long-term resident camping, and ensuring high-quality leadership development. They provide strategic guidance, coordinate major events, and serve as role models, guiding youth and adults in their Scouting journey.
