Sophie Schell's work experience includes being a Rowing Coach/Dockhand at Thompson Boat Center since 2023, a Support Hostess at matchbox since 2023, and serving as Lodge Chief at Order of the Arrow BSA since 2022.

Sophie Schell completed their high school education at School Without Walls High School from 2021 to 2025, earning a High School Diploma. Sophie then pursued further education, attending The George Washington University from 2023 to 2025, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Additionally, in December 2021, Sophie obtained a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross.
