Jennifer Onyejiaka Irozuru

Jennifer Onyejiaka Irozuru, CSM has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as a Technical Support Representative at OpTel Communications. In 2004, they took on a part-time role as a Sales Coach at Gap, where they were responsible for bringing in over $25,000 in sales and was a top cross-seller for four consecutive months. In 2005, they joined Advance Data Exchange as a Customer Support Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Customer Support Specialist. Jennifer then moved to Liaison Technologies in 2010, where they held the role of Implementation Specialist before being promoted to Senior Implementation Specialist and Lead Implementation Specialist. In 2018, they joined OpenText as a Lead Production Support Specialist, where they managed complex project portfolios and served as a product subject matter expert. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Onboarding Architect at Orderful.

Jennifer Onyejiaka Irozuru is currently enrolled at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they are pursuing a degree in Business Computer Information Systems. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2020, Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in September 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. in November 2020.
