Will Kuffel

Will Kuffel is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in driving revenue and user growth across technology companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Growth at Orderful since February 2025, Will's prior roles include VP of Growth at Matillion and Head of Self-Serve Growth at Neo4j, where Will successfully expanded revenue over tenfold in three years by creating a high-performing, metrics-driven Growth team. Will's expertise encompasses Product Led Growth (PLG), data-driven hypothesis testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Kuffel also has a strong background in customer marketing and analytics, having held various positions at CircleCI and Birst, and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
