SVP, Customer Success at Ordergroove

As the VP of Customer Success, Ali leads the strategy for customer engagement at Ordergroove. The CS organization provides consultation and guidance to help merchants find creative and effective ways to build relationships with their customers. For the past 10 years, Ali has held a variety of Sales and CS leadership roles within tech. Prior to joining Ordergroove, she lived in San Francisco and led the Customer Success organization at UserTesting. During her time at UserTesting, she had a deep focus on improving the company’s Net Retention Rate, which was a key metric to help the company go public in 2021. Ali graduated from the University of Connecticut, with a B.A. in Sport Management. After realizing there were limited opportunities for her in sports, Ali took a sharp turn towards startup tech and hasn’t looked back since.
