Anne Donovan

SVP of Customer Success at Cecelia Health

Anne Donovan is the current Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Cecelia Health. Anne has over 14 years of experience in corporate wellness and wellbeing program design, development, execution, and management.

Anne began their career in 2006 as a Senior Project Supervisor at Advanced Health Media (AHM). In 2007, they took on the role of Director Client Services at NSITE. In this role, Anne was responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of corporate wellness programs for large clients. Anne excelled in this role and was quickly promoted to Associate Vice President, Client Management at Provant Health in 2014. In this role, Anne continued to design and oversee corporate wellness programs while also mentoring junior members of the client management team.

In 2017, Anne left Provant Health to take on the role of Director, Account Management at NantHealth. In this role, Anne was responsible for the design, development, and execution of long-term strategy and key performance indicators for several large clients. Anne was also responsible for driving the implementation of corporate wellness programs and overseeing their maintenance.

In May 2021, Anne left NantHealth to join Cecelia Health as the Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, Anne is responsible for ensuring that Cecelia Health’s customers are successful in using Cecelia Health’s products and services.

Anne Donovan received their Bachelor of Arts in Health Psychology from the University of Hartford.

They are on a team with Jeremy Chwang - CIO, Teresa Mcarthur - SVP of Clinical Services, and Mo Harrim - VP of Product Management. Anne Donovan reports to Mark Clermont, CEO.
