Vivien Fu has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 as an IT Support Technician at Willoughby Girls High School. In 2007, they took on the role of Customer Service Manager at Borders. In 2010, they became an Entertainment Salesperson (IT) at JB Hifi. From 2012 to 2015, Vivien worked at Salmat as both a Senior Email Producer and an Email Campaign Producer. In 2017, they took on the role of Growth Marketer - Email / CRM / Retention at Canva. In 2018, they became the CRM Manager - Growth at THE ICONIC. In 2019, they were appointed Customer Relationship Management Manager at Zip Co Limited. Most recently, in 2021, Vivien took on the role of Head of Customer Relationship Management at Ordermentum Pty Ltd.

Vivien Fu completed a Diploma of Computing from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT) from 2006 to 2007 in the field of Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Vivien then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Macquarie University from 2007 to 2011 in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: the Data Pass from ADMA in March 2021 and the Loyalty Programs Masterclass Certificate from ADMA in November 2020.
