Rasmus Hansen is the Head of Support at OrderYOYO. Rasmus has over two years of experience as a customer experience manager, managing the Customer Success, Professional Service and Data Service teams for EMEA. Rasmus has been working to continuously improve these departments to be aligned to industry standard worldwide while keep evolving how we deal with our customers.

Some of Rasmus' key achievements include changing the structure of the Departments to be aligned to industry standard, implementing a new customer journey in EMEA for new clients, and building up KPI and metrics for each individual segment of the Customer Success team. Rasmus has also worked to increase sales of PS packages by collaborating with the Sales team and building up competencies in the Sales department.

They work with Karolina Slivskytė - Project Manager, Silvia Burciu - Head of Production, and Camila Canal - Head of HR. Rasmus Hansen reports to Jan Møller, COO. and Aivaras Liutkauskas - Customer Support Specialist reports to Rasmus Hansen.
