Annachiara Pirozzi is a Research Fellow at Università degli Studi di Salerno, focusing on "Energy Efficiency Enhancement" as part of the PON MISE I&C 2014-2020 project. In addition to research, Annachiara provides supplementary teaching in Plant Design and Process Plant Management for bachelor's programs. Annachiara is also a Food Engineer, graduated from Ordine degli Ingegneri di Salerno, and has engaged in pre-doctoral research at Universidad de Córdoba, concentrating on cellulose production from agri-food residues. Previous roles include a Research Collaborator and Student Trainee at ProdAl Scarl, where Annachiara developed innovative edible coatings and studied drying kinetics of food matrices. Annachiara holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Food Engineering from Università degli Studi di Salerno and a University Master in School Psychology.
