Neil Collins

Neil Collins is a Geographic Information System Specialist currently employed at Ordnance Survey Ireland since September 2021, following a progression from Geographic Information Systems Technician. Prior experience includes serving as a Digital Mapping Officer at the Property Registration Authority from August 2018 to September 2021, and a 4th year Geomatics student at the Dublin Institute of Technology from September 2014 to September 2021. Neil also gained valuable experience as a Summer Trainee at Ordnance Survey Ireland in 2017 and at Apex Surveys earlier that same year. Prior to building a career in geomatics, Neil worked as a Carpenter at Leinster Home & Windows from 2010 to 2014 and at O’Neill & Brennan from 2003 to 2006. Neil Collins completed education at Technological University Dublin between 2014 and 2018.
