Carl Moltzau has held various roles in the professional world since 2000. carl began their career at Adecco Norway as a Sales Manager for the Large Accounts team and Key Account Manager Large Accounts. In 2006, they moved to Thommessen as the Organisation and Development Director, and to Adecco as the Nordic Sales Director and Sales and Marketing Director Norway. In 2011, they joined BackerSkeie AS as an Associate Partner and in 2012, they moved to Visma Advantage as Managing Director and Partner Director. Here, they were responsible for strategic procurement and advising new businesses on formation of client and vendor corporations and business structures. In 2014, they joined Egencia Norway as Director of Account Management and Director Of Sales. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Favrit as Head of People & Culture, where they are using their extensive leadership experience and coaching methodology to bring additional value to the organization.

Carl Moltzau completed the Adecco Leadership program at IMD between 2008 and 2010, which focused on cross culture Leadership and strategic changes. carl also completed a Bachelor in International Marketing and Leadership at BI Norwegian Business School between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended BSIS - Officers school between 1985 and 1986, where they studied Military and Strategic Leadership.
