Steve Mansfield

Steve Mansfield is an experienced project director currently at Oreana Group since November 2021. With a notable tenure at Olivet Care since January 2005 as a non-executive director and chairman of property & infrastructure and the finance committee, Steve has also held significant roles at Magnate Developments as general manager for property development & construction, and at Pellicano in various investment fund management positions. Prior experience includes directorial roles at Synergy Fund Managers and Frasers Property Australia, along with a vice president position at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group. Early in Steve's career, roles included valuation manager at McGees Property Melbourne and senior district valuer for the City of Melbourne. Educational qualifications comprise a diploma in financial planning from the Securities Institute, an advanced certificate in real estate, and an associate's degree in property valuations from RMIT University.
