Merve Surun

Merve Surun is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the People & Culture Team Lead at OREDATA since March 2021. In this role, Merve manages various aspects of HR, including talent development, employee engagement, and cultural management for a workforce of 125 employees. Previous positions include People & Culture Specialist and Technical Recruiter, where Merve oversaw the full employee lifecycle and recruitment processes. Merve also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at PwC Turkey and as Assistant Dean at Altınbaş University. Merve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Altınbaş University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bahcesehir University.
