Joel's career includes various leadership roles, such as General Manager for Nissan and Infiniti of Halifax, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and participation in dealer groups. Previous positions include Sales Team Leader at Saturn Saab of Halifax, responsible for sales operations and team management, and multiple roles at GMAC ResCap, focusing on retail training and sales processes. Joel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Marketing from Dalhousie University.
