Robert Earhart

Training & Operations Branch Chief at Oregon Army National Guard

Robert Earhart has extensive work experience in various roles within the Oregon Army National Guard. Robert started in 2005 as an Engineer Officer and later became the Training & Operations Branch Chief. In this role, they supported the Deputy Chief of Operations by managing training programs and coordinating multiple training courses for new company commanders and first sergeants. Robert also served as the subject matter expert for company commander and first sergeant pre-command training.

Additionally, Robert worked as a Program Manager for the Oregon National Guard's Innovative Readiness Training Program from 2006 to 2010. In this position, they planned and managed construction projects, addressed logistics and administrative needs, and promoted the program through media outlets.

Outside of the military, Robert worked as a Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representative for the Oregon Employment Department from 2012 to 2017. Robert also had a brief role as a Compliance Specialist at the Oregon Department of Transportation in 2012.

Robert Earhart attended the University of Wyoming from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology.
