Troy Ballew

Troy Ballew serves as the COO of Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, overseeing a team of over 500 and managing extensive operations that include 27 BottleDrop centers, over 75 retail locations, a fleet for material pick-up, and five processing plants, all within a large-scale recycling business that handles nearly 200 million pounds of material annually. Previously, Ballew held the position of CFO, where responsibilities included financial strategy, human resources, and relationships with over 250 cooperative members. Additionally, Ballew is the President of ORPET, Inc., a company focusing on the processing of post-consumer recycled plastic. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where Ballew managed a portfolio of assurance audits for diverse clients. Ballew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
