Angela Wilhelms

Angela Wilhelms serves as the President and CEO of Oregon Business & Industry since September 2021. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Secretary of the University at the University of Oregon from July 2014 to September 2021. Angela's legal expertise was demonstrated in the role of Of Counsel at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP from October 2013 to June 2014. Angela also served as Chief of Staff for Oregon Co-Speaker Bruce Hanna from January 2011 to January 2013 and provided PR and political consulting services through Wilhelms Consulting from July 2006 to January 2010. Earlier in Angela's career, a position as Press Secretary for US Rep. Greg Walden was held from 2004 to 2006, along with the role of Cost Accountant at Stryker Endoscopy from 2000 to 2002. Academically, Angela obtained a joint degree of JD and MBA from Willamette University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Political Science from Santa Clara University.
