Susanna Rempel

Susanna Rempel is an experienced professional with a strong background in social work, health services, and program management. Currently serving as the Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships Program Coordinator at Oregon Child Development Coalition since September 2017, Susanna focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of early childhood programs. Previous roles include Family and Health Services Content Specialist and Supervisor, where Susanna managed health services for families, developed relationships with various partners, and implemented quality improvement projects across multiple centers. Experience at New City Initiative involved supervisory roles and community development, while earlier positions involved administrative coordination, strategic planning, and volunteer management in various organizations. Susanna holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Public Health from Portland State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French from Scripps College.
