Becky Bascos

Becky Bascos is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and talent development. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for the Oregon City School District since September 2025, Becky provides classroom instruction for K–12 students and ensures continuity of learning during teacher absences. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at Vigor, LLC, where responsibilities included facilitating new hire orientation and enhancing employee development materials, and as a Library Media Specialist and Technology Teacher at Woodburn School District, focusing on high-impact training and strategic engagement initiatives. Becky also worked at Salem-Keizer Public Schools as a Teacher and Library Media Specialist, creating engaging learning environments and customized training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Educational Media/Librarianship from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Oregon University.
