David Hobbs

David Hobbs is an experienced professional in facilities management and capital project leadership, currently serving as the Capital Bond Director for Oregon City School District since January 2025. Previously, David held multiple senior positions, including Director of Facilities and Campus Master Plan Director at Multnomah Athletic Club, and Associate Vice President for Construction and Facilities at the University of Portland, where responsibilities included comprehensive project oversight and significant campus development. David's experience encompasses key leadership roles in various educational institutions, managing capital projects, planning, and compliance with regulatory bodies, as well as overseeing operations in large school districts. David holds an MA in Anthropology and has completed all but dissertation work towards a doctoral degree in the same field from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
