Andréa LeGare, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, management, and strategic consulting. As the Founder and Managing Principal of H Management Consulting since August 2014, Andréa has provided consulting services to various organizations. Concurrently, since August 2022, Andréa serves as a Licensed Oregon REALTOR® at Oregon First. Andréa was a Partner at curiate.co from January 2022 to December 2023, focusing on organizational growth and development. Previous roles include COO and Founding Executive at Motusi, and several key positions at Intel Corporation, including HR Director and Chief of Staff, where Andréa contributed to talent solutions and strategic initiatives. Andréa also taught at Portland State University, designing and delivering courses in leadership and management. Andréa holds an Executive MBA in Leadership & Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon and multiple Bachelor’s degrees from Portland State University in Business Administration, Marketing, and Advertising Management.
