Tim Swearingen

Tim Swearingen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, consulting, and engineering. Since February 2021, Tim has served as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Oregon First, and previously held similar positions at Coldwell Banker Bain and RE/MAX. As the Founder of Portland Standard and Director of Swearingen Consulting LLC since December 2012, Tim specializes in public speaking, training, lead prospecting, and client relations, among other functions. Tim's earlier career includes roles as an Engineer at Fluorochemika and CEO of Prestige Gran Turismo, LLC, focusing on brand development and logistics. Tim's educational background includes studies in Computer Science at Clackamas Community College and a Graduate CEU Program in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
