Emma Tarbath

Emma Tarbath is the founder of The Rex Project, where efforts focus on educating and empowering athletes to combat abuse in sports. This initiative provides a comprehensive library of resources for athletes to recognize abuse, report incidents, access mental health support, and connect with others who share similar experiences. In addition, Emma serves as the Volunteer Operations Coordinator at Oregon Food Bank, leading a team in the creation and execution of project plans for volunteer shifts and facilitating hands-on training to enhance team performance. Previous roles at the Oregon Food Bank included Volunteer Coordinator and On-Call Volunteer Coordinator, emphasizing advocacy and community engagement to address hunger through long-term solutions. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Montana State University-Bozeman.
