Joth Ricci

Joth Ricci serves as Executive Chair at Burgerville, LLC since May 2024, and holds various board member positions at Upward Projects Restaurant Group, The Oregon Fruit Company, Brew Dr. Kombucha, and Great Frontier Holdings. Ricci is also Chairman at The System and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee from January 2019 to December 2023, focusing on profitability and maintaining company culture. Prior leadership experience includes President & CEO positions at Adelsheim Vineyard and Stumptown Coffee Roasters, where significant revenue growth and successful acquisitions were achieved. Ricci began a career in the beverage industry as Managing Partner at First Beverage Group. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Oregon State University.
