Phil Bentley

Phil Bentley currently serves as the CEO and President of the Oregon Health Care Association, a position held since May 2014, after previously holding the role of Senior Vice President of Government Relations. Prior to this, Phil Bentley was Chief of Staff for Senate President Peter Courtney in the State of Oregon from 2010 to May 2014. Phil Bentley earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Oregon School of Law between 1997 and 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon, completed in 1994.
