Christopher Loo

Christopher Loo, Ph.D., is a seasoned computational biologist with extensive experience in immunology and biological data science. Currently serving as a Computational Biologist 2 at Oregon Health & Science University since March 2024, Christopher previously held positions such as Senior Biological Data Scientist and Computational Immunologist at the University of California, San Francisco, and Biological Data Scientist at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy. With a strong background in bioinformatics, Christopher has contributed to significant projects, including the Antigen Map Project at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. and innovative research in immune responses and T cell function during postdoctoral training. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology and a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and Computational Biomedicine from Oregon Health & Science University. Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology was obtained from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
