Ella Stimson

Ella Stimson is a graduate student researcher at Oregon Health & Science University since September 2020, with a background as a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Hapty Hearts from March 2016 to September 2020, focusing on addressing postpartum depression through innovative biofeedback techniques. Prior experience includes an undergraduate researcher position at the University of California, San Diego, where Ella contributed to summer research in the Mechanical Engineering Department, and earlier internships involving engineering analysis and hands-on manufacturing projects. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and completed high school education at Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy.
