Megan Pugmire

Megan Pugmire has extensive experience in brand strategy, design, and creative direction. Megan is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy Experience at Oregon Health & Science University. In this role, they focus on creating holistic experiences centered on user needs and promoting design justice and trauma-informed organizations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Brand and Design and led the internal creative team at OHSU. Megan has also served as a Creative Director, Art Director, and Graphic Designer at the university. Before joining OHSU, Megan worked as a Creative Director and Graphic Designer at The Hinmon Agency & Hive Strategies. Megan began their career at Brigham Young University, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and later as an Instructor, Co-instructor, and Teaching Assistant.

Megan Pugmire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a Comparative Literature emphasis from Brigham Young University. Megan also pursued graduate studies at Brigham Young University, focusing on Theatre History, Theory, and Criticism. Additionally, they obtained an Emerging Leader Certificate from Oregon Health and Science University in 2016.
