Jacqueline Brooks

Jacqueline Brooks is a Corporate Relations Officer at OMSI, having begun this role in September 2022. Previously, Jacqueline served as the Facilities and Communications Coordinator for OLLI at UNC Asheville from November 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included event management, online programming transition, and oversight of student employment. Jacqueline's experience also includes working as a Membership Coordinator at The Collider, a GIS Technician at Clark Nexsen, and an internship at the National Environmental Modeling and Analysis Center focusing on map creation and science communication related to wildland fire management. Early career experience involved a Transportation Sustainability Internship with UNC Asheville's Department of Transportation. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change and Society from the University of North Carolina Asheville, as well as a GIS Fundamentals Certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Management.
