David Rice

David Rice is an experienced executive in trust and wealth management, currently serving as EVP and Director of Trust & Wealth Management at Oregon Pacific Bank since September 2025. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Client Service at Resonant Capital Advisors from February 2022 to September 2025 and served as Assistant Vice President at Trust Point Inc. from January 2021 to February 2022. David's extensive background in the financial services industry includes a long tenure at U.S. Bank, where David was Senior Vice President and Trust Managing Director from June 2005 to October 2020. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wisconsin Law School, an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, and a BS in History & Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. David's foundational education includes attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy.
