Kyla Genner has demonstrated a strong background in sales and client relations within the retail and medical sectors. Currently serving as a PSR & Medical Records Specialist at ORM Fertility since July 2019, Kyla has also excelled as a Commission Sales Specialist at Johnny Was, consistently surpassing monthly sales goals by over 10% and achieving a perfect score in a Mystery Shopper evaluation at the flagship location. Previous roles include Buyer at Current Boutique, where Kyla honed multi-tasking and negotiation skills, Visual Merchandiser/Stylist at Violet Boutique, contributing to key business decisions, and Public Relations Manager/Assistant Buyer at Paradigm Boutique, managing client relations and buying appointments. Kyla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
