John W. Sharps

John W. Sharps is the Founder and CEO of Sharps Bros., a company specializing in the design and manufacture of firearm components, since January 2012. Sharps also serves as a Rogue River Guide with Oregon River Experiences since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Sharps co-founded Vioguard LLC, acting as Co-Owner and Director of Product Development, until the company's merger with Steribin in January 2022, forming UV360, Inc. Sharps has extensive experience at Microsoft, where positions included Sr. Program Manager for New Product Introduction and earlier roles in hardware and supply chain management, contributing to significant product launches such as Microsoft’s webcam and mouse manufacturing operations. Sharps began a career in procurement and supply chain management at Acres Gaming from January 1995 to January 2000. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
