Kat Rutledge is currently the Associate State Director for the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network, a position held since June 2023. With experience as the Director at Klamath Community College since February 2013, Kat supports entrepreneurs and small business owners in the South Central region of Oregon. Additionally, Kat has served as a HOPE Facilitator, providing academic and career advising to dislocated workers pursuing education or retraining in the healthcare sector. Kat holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
