Mark Gregory serves as the State Director for the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network since January 2009, overseeing 20 centers across Oregon, engaging in advocacy, strategic planning, and public policy. Prior to this role, Mark was the CEO of Heavenly Scent Enterprises, where the development of a four-store pizza chain grossed over one million dollars annually. Mark also held the position of Regional Director at Southwest Alaska Small Business Development Centers, providing extensive advisory services to small businesses for over ten years. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager at First National Bank of Alaska, where management of lending and operations significantly impacted the bank's performance. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Alaska Southeast, a certification from the National Development Council, a Bachelor's degree from Southern Oregon University, and is a graduate of the Luke Center for Catalytic Leadership's Pacific Program.
