Kellie Baumann, JD, currently serves as the MCLE Program Manager and Regulatory Project Manager at the Oregon State Bar, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing regulatory projects and improving the bar's regulatory system, including MCLE Rules and IOLTA reporting. Previous experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant in the Communications and Public Affairs Department at the Oregon State Bar, an Office Services Clerk at Farleigh Wada Witt overseeing loan documents and file operations, and an Administrative Assistant at Girard Gibbs LLP providing support to legal staff. Kellie Baumann holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Lewis & Clark College, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Oregon State Bar
The mission of the Oregon State Bar is to serve justice by promoting respect for the rule of law, by improving the quality of legal services, and by increasing access to justice. The Oregon State Bar (OSB) was established in 1935 by the Oregon Legislative Assembly to license and discipline lawyers, regulate the practice of law and provide a variety of services to bar members and the public. The bar is a public corporation and an instrumentality of the Oregon Judicial Department, funded by membership and program fees. It is not a state agency and does not receive any financial support or taxpayer dollars from the state’s general fund.
